How the treatment works
We count every vent, supply and return, and the count is the price. We clean the system, then treat every vent and the plenum with an EPA-registered antimicrobial through the electrostatic sprayer. The coil and the drain pan get the same treatment, because that is where the moisture sits. The 12-month guarantee goes on the invoice, in writing.
